Training on Saturday 12 Jan

trained at NJC again. first we did 10 rounds around the field. then we played 7v7. one team had 3 goal posts to score by putting the ball on the line, while the other team scored in the big goal. then we did some crossing and finishing drills, L/R. then we practised penalties. end of training.
