started off 3 rounds around the field warm up. then to uncle same for plyometrics (hop skip jump). then we played full field two sides. about 9v9. first 20 minutes was defensive half two touch, attacking half free touch. next 20 minutes was free touch all over. molest. then finally back to uncle sam for skipping and medicine ball throwing. end of training.
