Training on Tuesday 03 Feb 2009
started with 4 rounds around the field. then plyometrics. then we played 2 sides, but 3/4 field. then we had a few sprinting drills, incorporated with medicine balls, as well as gladiator style sprints, i.e. got people preventing you from running from cone to cone. end of training.
